Unfortunately, you cannot use this app unless you are willing to login with your Microsoft account. All connections route through Microsoft and/or their contracted 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc.-party servers. The other end of the line must also login to Microsoft, thereby exposing both ends of the connection.
